Marketing on Social Media seems incredibly simple when you’re not doing it. Almost everyone who has internet access, also has some sort of social media profile. Most people in fact have multiple profiles spanning several social networks.
This familiarity means that most people assume that doing social media for a company isn’t that difficult or complex. Moreover, the general assumption is that it’s not that different from doing it for yourself.
The difference, however, is massive. Due to this, it can be quite a jarring and unexpected change in pace from social networking for personal reasons.
