Judging My Campaign

Once you have set up your ad campaign, it’s time for the most important process in online advertising – judging your campaign. To ensure a continuing good return on investment, you really have to keep checking on your campaign to make sure it’s doing what you want it to do, and as well as possible.

There are some things you need to keep in mind when doing this, as it’s not just a case of sending money to where you get the most clicks (well not quite). For example – are the clicks delivering the results you intended? Not all clicks are created equal, so keep your eye on the prize when judging your campaign.

If you started running a campaign to get more sales, but you haven’t seen any increase then you may want to reconsider your advertising partners. It’s important however to let your campaign run for long enough to gather reliable data on how well it is performing. A month might seem like a lifetime to you after your campaign starts, but if your ads haven’t been shown to enough people yet, you likely won’t be able to really tell if your campaign is a success or not.

So if you want the best out of your ad, we’re afraid judging your campaign is an ongoing process that you will have to check in on regularly. Of course as you are on The Online Advertising Guide,  you need worry not as we’re here to let you know all the main things you need to know when checking on your campaign.
